rain

I was awakened last night to what sounded like thunder... come to realize it was rain pouring down off the roof and pooling in the garden. I've been sleeping on the porch... a little less exposed than down in the yard on the decks especially when there aren't many people around to take on the wild life... and just as cozy.

As gray and cloudy as its been here, the rain really freshens things up...greener green, wetter wet. But it is unseasonably chilly!! Brrrrr.....
